Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed within the next business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, you will be notified.

The majority of our products come with FREE Shipping on orders over 20£ and ship to all countries. It will be duly stated on the product where delivery is not free or made to a particular country or location. Delivery time varies with countries, states, and cities. On average our products get delivered between 5-14 working days. Depending on your location, delivery can take from 30 to 45 working days. You have the option to pick up from one of our local pick-up points if available in your country of residence.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a notification and a tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Archodia Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damage, Return & Exchange Policy

Damage

Archodia Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. You should please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange

You have 15 days from receiving the item(s) to return your order without explanation as long as the items are in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and any safety seals are not damaged. Return policies may vary per product. Most of our products qualify for Free Returns and/or Buyer Protection.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Where a refund is requested, it could take up to 20 business to fully process. Refunds are only payable in the same means and currency by which the order was placed.

Only products of the same type are exchangeable were applicable.
